Binary Research provided a complete skill set from developing understandings of all business functions to how they related to creating workflow and organizing data. BRI worked with the project manager and heads of all departments to create a complete understanding of what information was required in making management decisions. BRI also interviewed key staff members to complement and support this understanding. BRI's goal was to design the most efficient program screens that where familiar to employees in a way that closely resembled the way they were doing their jobs. BRI provided software that performed many different office function such as order entry, inventory management, manual and automated service requests via fax, email, automatic printing of all necessary documents, outbound faxing, and filing of fax and other related paper in a paperless way.
